Sweet Memphis BBQ Rub is pulled pork’s new best friend!
You can add Sweet Memphis rub to a variety of meats before grilling, roasting or smoking.
It’s a balance of sweet and salty flavours that goes so well with pork or beef.
The savoury/sweet profile works wonderfully on Pulled Pork with hickory or applewood chips when smoking.
Pulled Pork Method:
Apply rub at least several hours before cooking.
Cover the surface of the meat generously with rub.
Then place in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
Heat your smoker or oven to a low temperature.
Cook it low at around 120°C.
Its done when your meat's internal temperature is 95°C.
For extra flavour add some rub to the pork once pulled.
Stir this through the pork before serving.

Cooked Pork Roasts Temperatures:
Medium rare 63°– 66°C
Medium 66°– 69°C
Medium well done 69°- 72°C
Well done above 72°C
